Al
Oglesby, CEA - Al Oglesby began his real estate
career in 1978 and earned and carried the CCIM (Certified
Commercial Investment Member) and CPM (Certified Property
Manager) designations for over 25 years durign his career.
In 1985, he served as the on-site Owners Representative responsible
for overseeing the construction of a 1.2 million square foot
multi-use high-rise development, the Galleria in Metairie
Louisiana. Later, he assumed responsibilities for property
management, leasing and ultimately became the General Manager
for the development. Prior to leaving the Galleria in 1995,
he realized that clients generally had to deal with two, three
or more individuals when their commercial real estate needs
varied in scope. In an effort to fill that niche, The ALCOR
Group was formed in May of 1995. He is an experienced construction
and property manager, a real estate broker with a focus on
office and retail leasing, sales and development. In addition,
he is proficient in numerous computer disciplines, including
ACAD. He has also received the Commercial Investment Division
Achievement Award for several years as a top commercial real
estate producer relative to completed transactions, (totaling
a minimum of 2.5 million dollars in transactions annually)

Oglesby
- Tina Oglesby, a principal in the firm, heads up our office
and administration sector as well as over seeing the Executive
Suites services at our 4430 S. I-10 Service Rd. location in
Metairie Louisiana. In addition, her efforts as a team player
ensuring that all associates receive the needed office support,
further enabling them to provide the highest standard of service
in the industry today. Having served as a customer service and
human resource director for a well known national corporation
for over eight (8) years, she brings the in-depth experience
required to ensure a sound infrastructure as the firm expands
